Rocheleau, Chapters four, five and six.
Police Technology, Chapter ten and eleven.

Assignments:

1. Chapter Four of Rocheleau describes a number of best practices for public
     management information systems. Select one of the best practices and prepare a
     3-5 page research report with at least five sources on the practice you selected.
2. Answer the following:
    A. What political skills does an information technology manager need?
    B. What is the value of online discussions areas?
3. Participate in the threaded discussion per the website instructions.
 

Go to the Criminal Justice Online forum and post, in the section, Criminal Justice Online Advisor "Union Learners - Spring 2006." 

 

1.     How does what you have learned thus far apply to your career?

2.     How does this course integrate with your other or previous course work?

3.    After you have posted, you must respond to a post made by another Union
       learner.
