Module Two
Each Module has topics that should all be addressed in single paper. The
minimum length of the paper is 5-7 pages for each module.
Topics:
1. Legal and Liability
issues with violations of Policy and Procedure -
Report should include: Violations of Policies and Procedures - Deliberate
Indifference - Policy Development - Policymaker Liability - Documents and
Records - Discipline - Training Supervision
2. Legal and Liablity of
violations related to illegal search and seizure, use of electronic imaging
devices, surveillance issues.
